Sleekplan reads every incoming post, embeds it, and clusters embeddings into coherent groups. Topics emerge from your data; you don't define them up front. You can rename or merge them at any time.
Yes. Rename topics, merge two into one, split one in two, or hand-assign a stuck post to a different bucket. Your overrides feed back into the model for your workspace.
A 0–1 number for how sure the model is that a post belongs in its assigned subtopic. Below 0.7 stays in a review queue you can triage; above 0.85 publishes to the map automatically. You can change the threshold.
New posts are classified live, within seconds of arrival. The treemap and evolution charts recompute hourly; topic-level re-clustering runs nightly. You can also force a re-cluster from settings.
The percentage shown on each tile compares post volume in the last 30 days to the 30 days before that. Subtopic-level deltas use the same window. Hover any number for the raw counts.
